Learning about Management: An Analytic Large Group in a Management Development ProgrammeBristol Business School The author describes the use of a Group-analytic approach within a local government management development programme, in particular during the `large-group' sessions. Large-group sessions seem particularly effective in demonstrating the extent to which a manager is both committed to and able to understand and work with change.
