Recycling Yalom: Using a Systems Analysis to Facilitate Work in Inpatient Groups

The author asks why the ideas of Irvin D. Yalom are not used more frequently by leaders of hospital inpatient groups and suggests that the introduction of systems analysis can help create a climate in which Yalom's techniques can be more effectively employed.
