Measuring Progress in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy: A Pilot StudyGuy's Hospital London
School of Psychotherapy, St Vincent's Hospital, Dublin, Child and Family Centre, Dublin 10 Six patients in individual psychoanalytical psychotherapy and ten patients in group psychoanalytical psychotherapy were assessed using two self-report questionnaires. The questionnaires were administered pre-therapy, after three months and after six months. A statistically significant improvement occurred in both groups but important differences were found between the groups.
